Stir Fried Baby Dow Miow

Ingredients

100 g Baby Dow Miow

4 cloves Garlic

1 Chilly

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Oyster sauce

½ tbsp TikkoSS’s Secret Ingredient

 

Method

1. Wash baby dow miow thoroughly. Finely chopped garlic and chilly.

2. Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil. Fry garlic and chilly until golden brown and fragrant

3. Add baby dow miow and fry for 8 mins.

4. Add salt, oyster sauce and TikkoSS’s Secret Ingredient

5. Ready to be served.

Stir Fried French Beans with Fish Balls

Stir Fried French Beans with Fish Balls

Ingredients

50 g French beans

5 Fish balls (Cut into half each)

3 cloves Garlic (Finely chopped)

½ tbsp Light soy sauce

½ tbsp Oyster sauce

1 tsp TikkoSS’s Secret Ingredient

½ cup Warm water

½ tsp Corn flour (Mix with 1 tbsp water)

 

Method

1. Remove both edge of French beans and cut each French beans into half.

2. Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil. Fry garlic until golden brown and fragrant.

3. Add French beans and continue frying until soft. Add fish balls.

4. Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, TikkoSS’s Secret Ingredient and warm water. Simmer for 2 mins over small fire.

5. Add corn flour mixture and ready to be served.

Stir Fried Nai Bai Baby with Garlic

Ingredients

100 g Nai bai baby

4 cloves Garlic (Finely chopped)

1 tsp Oyster sauce

1 tsp Salt

½ tsp TikkoSS’s Secret Ingredient

 

Method

1. Wash nai bai baby thoroughly and set aside

2. Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil. Fry garlic until golden brown and fragrant.

3. Add nai bai baby and continue frying for another 5 mins.

4. Add oyster sauce, salt and TikkoSS’s Secret Ingredient

5. Ready to be served.

Stir Fried Green Merrow

Stir Fried Green Merrow

Ingredients

1 Green Merrow (Approximately 250g)

10 g Carrot

3 cloves Garlic (Finely chopped)

½ tbsp Oyster sauce

½ tsp TikkoSS’s Secret Ingredient

 

Method

1. Peel skin of green merrow and carrot.

2. Cut green merrow and carrot into thin slices

3. Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil. Fry garlic until fragrant and golden brown.

4. Add green merrow and carrot. Fry until soften. This may that approximately 10 – 15 mins.

5. Once soften, add oyster sauce and TikkoSS’s Secret Ingredient. Ready to be served.

Ingredients

2 Bunch Sang Choi (approximately 50g)

3 cloves Garlic (Finely chopped)

1 tbsp Oyster sauce

½ tbsp Light soy sauce

1 tsp TikkoSS’s Secret Ingredient

 

Method

1. Wash sang choi thoroughly and set aside.

2. Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil. Fry garlic until golden brown and fragrant.

3. Add sang choi and fry for 5 minutes.

4. Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce and TikkoSS’s Secret Ingredient.

5. Ready to be served.

Stir Fried Cucumber

Ingredients

200 g Cucumber

3 cloves Garlic (Finely chopped)

1 tbsp Oyster sauce

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp TikkoSS’s Secret Ingredient

25 ml Warm water

 

Method

1. Wash cucumber skin thoroughly and cut cucumber into thin slices.

2. Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil. Fry garlic until golden brown and fragrant.

3. Fry cucumber until soft and add warm water.

4. Add oyster sauce, salt and TikkoSS’s secret ingredient. Simmer over small fire for 15 minutes.

5. Ready to be served.

Stir Fried Broccoli with Prawns

Stir Fried Broccoli with Prawns

Ingredients

300 g Broccoli (Cut small pieces)

50 g Prawn (Peeled)

3 cloves Garlic (Finely chopped)

2 tbsp Oyster sauce

1 tbsp Light soy sauce

2 tsp Corn starch (Mix with 2 tbsp of water)

1 tsp TikkoSS’s Secret Ingredient

 

Method

1. Boil 500L of water. Add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tsp salt into boiling water. Boil broccoli for 5 mins and set aside.

2. Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil. Fry garlic until fragrant and golden brown.

3. Fry prawns for 5 mins. Add broccoli and fry for 5 mins.

4. Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, TikkoSS’s Secret Ingredient and corn starch mixture.

5. Fry for another 5 mins. Ready to be served.

Ingredients

200 g Broccoli (Cut small pieces)

8 pieces Tofu fish cake

1 Onion (Slices)

2 cloves Garlic (Finely chopped)

1 tbsp Oyster sauce

1 tsp Corn flour (Mix with 3 tbsp water & 1 tsplight soy sauce)

½ tsp TikkoSS’s Secret Ingredient

 

Method

1. Boil 500L water. Add broccoli for 5 mins and set aside.

2. Heat wok with 2 tbsp oil. Fry garlic until fragrant and golden brown.

3. Add onion and fry until soft. Add tofu fish cake and fry for 5 mins.

4. Add broccoli and fry for 5 mins. Add oyster sauce, TikkoSS’s Secret Ingredient and corn flour mixture)

5. Ready to be served.

Lard with Soy Bean Paste

Ingredients

500 g Belly Pork (Only use the fat part. Finely cut)

1 tbsp Soy bean paste

1 tsp Sugar

½ tsp TikkoSS’s Secret Ingredient

 

Method

1. Heat wok and add in belly pork. Fry until golden brown and fragrant.

2. Remove the belly pork pieces from the oil.

3. Fry belly pork in the wok.

4. Add soy bean paste, sugar and TikkoSS’s Secret Ingredient.

5. Ready to be served.

Stir Fried Pumpkin

Ingredients

500 g Pumpkin (Cut small pieces about 1 inch thick)

2 tbsp Sugar

1 tsp Salt

½ tsp TikkoSS’s Secret Ingredient

1 cup Warm water

3 cloves garlic (Finely chopped)

 

Method

1. Heat wok with 2 tbsp oil. Fry garlic until golden brown and fragrant.

2. Add pumpkin and fry for about 5 minutes.

3. Add warm water and simmer over small fire until the water almost dry up.

4. Add salt, sugar and TikkoSS Secret Ingredient.

5. Ready to be served.
