Long Bean Egg
100 gram Long Beans (Cut small pieces)
2 Eggs (Beaten)
½ Tbsp Oyster sauce
½ Tbsp Soy sauce
- Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil.
- Add in long beans and fry beans until soften. Add ½ tsp of TikkoSS’s Secret Ingredient.
- Add Mixture A into beaten eggs.
- Pour beaten egg around the beans. Ensure the egg is as flat as possible for ease of cooking.
- Fry the egg till golden brown on both sides and ready to be served.
