Radish Soup
Ingredients
1 Radish (Cut small – about 5 mm thick)
5 – 8 Red dates
200 g Pork ribs
2 tsp Salt
½ tsp TikkoSS’s Secret Ingredient
Method
1. Boil pork ribs in 2L of water. Drain and wash the ribs thoroughly.
2. Boil 3L of water. Add pork ribs, radish and red dates.
3. Boil everything for 10 minutes and continue the cooking over small fire for 3 hours. (Notes: Cooking duration depends on cooking method i.e. pressure cooker, normal pot or slow cooker).
4. Add salt and TikkoSS’s Secret Ingredient.
5. Ready to be served.
