Many of us are living in luxurious lifestyles that we “use money that we don’t have, to buy something that we don’t need, to impress someone that we don’t like”. This is a quote that I absorbed from Reader’s Digest. It is very meaningful but the question is “Is it wrong” ? Who am I to judge? Everyone is responsible to their own life by the way.
Have you ever thought about spending a short moment to reflect on your lifestyle ? Are you spending unnecessary or you are living in a moderate life? Either way, you should be thankful for what you have. Have you thought about how fortunate you are? Living in a brick house, with nice car and your loves one? We all know that money is not everything, but why we chose to become a ”Paper Slave” ? Well, I will let you answer for yourself.
On the other side of the coin, ”God is always fair for being unfair”. Am I right to say that ? I guess it is depends on your own perspective. Many are unfortunate that cannot even have a proper meal and shelter. Some critically diagnose with a life limiting illness – my father used to be one of them
. Some are victims of natural disaster. Some are born with disabilities. It will be a long list if I continue to write.
Can we make a complete changes? The answer is NO ! Maybe I shouldn’t be too pessimistic but that is the fact. So does that mean that we do nothing and just continue to maintain the status quo? The answer is NO again ! This world might not be perfect but it is the only one we have. We might be small but together, we can make a BIG difference. We can shake the world if everyone is in the same page of music. Render some helps to those who need is the beginning of every small steps to improve the world.
I don’t denied that I am passionate in blogging. This is the most popular way to convey message to the world. Converting my interest to help others who are in desperate need is my first step of every small steps. What about you ? Don’t procrastinate on doing the right thing. I do not negate that you might be busy but a token from you will be a step closer to a better world. Big or small amount is not important, it is the thought that counts.
Please make a donation. A small dollar from you can make a BIG change for tomorrow. Thank you !
This is for charitable purposes. The collection will be donated to old folks homes, orphanage homes, single parents, victims of natural disaster etc.
