It is never easy to organize a blogger gathering. It will be more challenging if the crowd involves more than 10 people. What if I tell you Bloggers just had 3 bloggers gatherings recently in 3 different locations which involve close to 30 people?
Recently? That is like ages ago. I know many people will say that but well, I am too busy celebrating Chinese New Year. You don’t expect me to hide behind computer screen during CNY, right? Also, I tried to give opportunities for others to update first. Well, the best always come last. Hehe..
First location was in Old Town Coffee Shop. We have almost 10 people reached here few minutes before “real” event. The real event here is referring to Lou Sang at Sri Melaka, One Utama. One thing about bloggers, they can mingle very well with each other even though to some, this might be the first meet up.
Grabbing the opportunity to increase my traffic, I have decided to shoot mostly on female bloggers and all other famous male bloggers too. Hoping that their reader will be mine too (cunning laugh). With ample of time, we decided to go for first round of food here. Mainly toast and drinks only.
When close to the actual start time of the main event, we slowly move our butts to Sri Melaka (close to Dragon-i, One Utama). Why Sri Melaka? You might see only Chinese bloggers in photos but we have Malay Bloggers too! 1 Malaysia maa.
Before the main highlight of the night, many bloggers already cannot wait to pose for camera shooting. This is nothing odd. Many of us were holding professional camera. Whether we are professional photographer or not is secondary 
We occupied 4 big round tables and almost half of the restaurant. Despite we are civilized bloggers, we do make some noise too. Luckily no one shut or embarrass us. LOL. Ohh, never a blogger gathering is organized without food. This time has no exceptions too. S
Since I love about food, I have included some food photos that we had that day (only from my table). We ordered hotplate tofu, pandan chicken, kerabu mango and sweet and sour chicken. I will not comment on food this time as the highlight is about bloggers this time and not the food.
I bet I did mention about Lou Sang earlier. What is Lou Sang? Lou Sang also known as Yee Sang, Prosperity Toss or Lou Hei. It is a mixed raw fish salad with shredded vegetables and variety of sauces. Toss it with auspicious wishes and you are ready to bon appétit. Normally, it costs about RM 60 per plate depending on the portion.
All four tables have lou sang that day and I get to enjoy the fullest by having the toss for 4 consecutive times. Wonderful isn’t it. One secret on lou sang. If your table is still clean after that, all your auspicious wishes will not come true. So, I did a pretty good job in “messing” the table.. Hehe..
After all the fat feeding time, camwhore and camDUCK moment is back again. All nicely dress for the outing and bet it will be a big waste if no one is taking the photograph. Try to cut down my crap coz nothing to talk about photo session except snap snap and snap.
At points, I think the guy in red looks awesomely handsome and cool. Wonder who is he? Not to miss a chance, I manage to ask “someone” to snap a group photo for my own sweet memories. Yes, there are a lot of cute, pretty and hot girls too! So, join us next time.
Many decided to go back due to some curfew issues or other plans. Few of us (13 in total) decided to meet up again at Kayu (some mamak restaurant which I have no clue where exactly that is?). Our outing never bored but some decided to blackberry and some even decided to take a quick nap. Hard to please everyone right?
Or some need to do reporting? I mean to mom laa or bf laa.. or whoever in the reporting list. Lol. Don’t feel offended when I say this ok. I am just teasing. All I can say, everyone is having a great fun that night and very much looking forward for the next outing! Join us next time!!

How would you like it if I tell you I am going to camDUCK this time? I am sure my blog will temporary hang. It will either fill with a lot of cursing comments or too many visitors at the same time to stalk me. To avoid it, I rather opt to put pretty girls’ photos to gain traffic as what I mentioned in DiGi iPhone4 – Pimp My Music Party @ Velvet, Zouk KL.
Gosh, just realized that I am not any close to sexy at all and I don’t have pretty girls’ photos! So what I should do? Ah ha..I just got an enlightenment to increase the traffic. DESSERT! Oh yea.. girls like it, guys like it too? I know many can understand why girls like it but what about guys? Guys like it because they are smart creatures who just know where to find girls
Mill Wheel is the SHOP which serves nice desserts! Even the décor tells me that I am right. Their main target audiences are female. Cute cute décor, colorful color and modern like furniture. I am not sure if this is a perfect place for dating a girl but apparently a lot of couples visited there too!
What is good over here? There is a full wall menu for you to feed your FAT.. ranging from light bread to heavy platter. Cakes and ice creams are made available too.. If you think there is nothing great about this shop and it is just like another shop. I can tell you that you are so WRONG!
If you notice there are few newspaper article recommending this place. Certainly they serve good stuffs. Too bad I didn’t order any of the heavy meals this time as I reach this place at about 10 pm. So, I go for their famous snowflakes.
I have ordered lychee and chocolate ice, mango and watermelon ice and Greentea and lychee ice. I must admit that the presentation of the dessert is impressive. Small wok + many many colourful toppings. The topping just drive me nuts!
The ice is not the same as What is May King? It shredded the ice to become very thin and smooth. Totally have no idea how they do it. Well, I just know how to eat.. hahaha.. The mango and lychee is my favorite of all. The Green tea tastes a bit bitter like usual and the chocolate just tastes like chocolate . Somehow I find the watermelon one is very special.
Ohh, I must have forgotten to let u know that this is also another blogger short meet up. Simon, Vince, TikkoSS(me), and Xing manage to make it on time. All are equally efficient that we only take about 10 min to firm up a decision to meet up at this place, 1/2 hour before the place close. Great job to all!
I obviously cannot finish 3 bowls of snowflakes considering the potion is really huge but the price relatively cheaper than I thought. One bowl only cost about RM9.90. you can try if you are around the corner and bring your partner with you too !

Hey, I am hungry! Let’s go and eat? Where?? Anywhere. What do you plan to eat? Anything. That is a typical conversation that I encounter almost every time when my stomach is paging.. growl growl..
This time I need not worry about it. A few bloggers invited me to Jogoya – Japanese Buffet Restaurant @ Starhill KL. Over here, you can get a broad range of cuisines ranging from Japanese, Chinese, Western, Malaysian and a lot of other styles.
If you are thinking of dieting, forget about it ! The diverse choices of dishes, the freshness of food and the delicate desserts will convince you to eat MORE and MORE.
On top of that, the highest quality and PORK FREE dishes are simply irresistible.
Don’t drool when you see this? I said it because I nearly drool when I spotted on sushi and sashimi. They serve free flow of Salmon, Tuna, Mackeral, Squid, Octopus, Butter Fish, Oyster and Abalone etc.
Sometime the queue can be a little long but I can assure you that it is worth waiting. If you are a fan of sushi, you will find many weird choices of sushi here too. !
Seafood lovers? You don’t need to go to smelly WET market or diving in deep blue sea now. You are free to order crab, prawn, fish, shell fish and many more. All you need to do is just picking a big plate and start selecting.
The seafood are Pre-cook? Nah.. The seafood will only be cooked when you order it. This is to maintain the freshness and quality of the dishes. So, you have a say on how you want it to be done.
Like I said earlier, this restaurant also serves Chinese and Western style dishes. Sharkfin soup is a must but I also spotted dim sum and herbal soup. Not only that, there are too many Chinese vege and meat dishes for me to choose from.
Don’t know which one to choose? Don’t decide too fast ! Western corner serves Spaghetti, steak, lamb chop and many more.. hahaha.. now you are confuse on what to eat right? That is exactly what I have in mind at that time.
I am sure you are interested in what I ordered. This time I will not tell you how I like the food but will let you decide instead. How? Some say picture represents a thousand words.. hehe..
Sashimi is a must ! Sushi is a must too but it ended up in my stomach before I even take out my camera (so no photos) . Osyter and scallop are also part of my starter. The crab is a disguise. I didn’t eat it but Xing did.
How to maximize your cash out with food input when you come to buffet? I didn’t eat breakfast, lunch, dinner SINCE yesterday and clean your digestive system.. hahaha.. I am just kidding lol. I’m not that cheapskate,ok?
Let’s see, got lobster, scallops, sea cucumber, crab, abalone, some fish, lamb etc. I bet the question that playing in your head is, do I have diarrhea the next day? The answer is NO.
Personally, I wouldn’t say that all the food is nice but that is normal isn’t it? I like some and don’t like some. I particularly favor the cheesy scallop and the LOBSTER!
Did you see 2 pretty girls there? I mean they look good from that angle. Dark, blocked by hair.. wait wait wait.. Who are they? I don’t know.. hehe .. what I am trying to say is they have to earn their drinks. KNOCK THE COCONUT.
That is really new to me. I literally need to take a hammer and knock a hole before I get to drink it. I drank 5 coconuts in total. Not because I like it but I like the knocking part. Hehe..
Am I full yet? I must say, I still have some space for desserts. I have tried choco fondue (never play with it before ) , puddings, mochi mochi, cupcakes and the highlight was HAARGEN-DAZS.
Without hesitating, I committed to finish few scoops of ice-cream, 8 scoops in total . Only one word to describe.. AWESOME !
Did I mention that I was out with Bloggers? With who? I was with few famous bloggers of course, Ysquare, Jackie Loi, Jessicat, Xing and Chuen. After we finished the dinner, we camwhoring and camDUCKING a little

Last but not least, someone managed to candid TikkoSS while feeding his FAT. Hehe.. Actually he is just a small eater, right (as you can see)? Don’t know why people have impression that he eats a lot..

What will you do when you first meet up with new friends? Shy, quiet, boring or maintain ‘cool’? If you are happen to be one of those that I mentioned, I think you are in wrong crowd and definitely sure that you are not a blogger.
Taking Extreme Cheesy 6 Pizza Contest as an excuse, Jimmy suggested a small gathering between bloggers. This is the second gathering after Inniters’ 1st Gathering (Part 1) and Inniters’ 1st Gathering (Part 2). Turned out that Jimmy ffk but the gathering did not stop just there.
The response to this event is so good that we need 3 long tables to accommodate us. I am not going to introduce all the bloggers that attended this event but there are total of 14 of us.
The bloggers are supposed to drop their comments to show their existence! If not, too bad. Find out who is this blogger that camDUCKING (male version of camwhore). With his cute 0-5 actions.. BLUEK, feel like puking..
I must say this gathering was much more happening than the first gathering because this time, everyone seems like sharing a lot with each other.
One particular blogger that I should highlight is Yuh Jiun. Rather than bubbly, talkative, kacau-ing people in virtual world ..OMG.. she is so different in real world. She don’t talk (shy qua), she don’t eat (unless you force her), she don’t drink mushroom soup, she don’t camwhore.. weird it must be us. Let’s see what happen later.
After that, we decided to hunt down Jessy. This is quite a big challenge because we don’t know which booth she is in (she works at part time promoter), how she look like in real person and worse is we don’t know her number.
While hunting Jessy in Midvalley Exhibition hall, I bring out my camera to shoot at the bloggers. Suddenly these three promoters started posing for me. Weird?..I do charity most of the time. So, not to waste pretty girls effort, I shoot their pictures hoping that my blog traffic will increase tremendously (see blogging tips at DiGi iPhone4 – Pimp My Music Party @ Velvet, Zouk KL).
Then TikkoSS said, “How to find Jessy here? What if she dressed up in Bunny Suit?” Immediately after I said that, we spotted A BIG BUNNY. All of us walk toward the bunny and start knocking its head and ask, “Hi, is Jessy in there? Are you Jessy?” POOR BUNNY.
Finally, Hilda managed to locate Jessy. I was a bit reluctant to call her because I thought Hilda was playing a prank on me. At the end, I decided to start “my move”. Start by saying, “Are you Jessy? We have whole bunch of people waiting to see you !” Cheap moves but work. You should see her priceless facial expression.
She was surprisingly shock that we visited her. Not only that, all bloggers supported her in signing up for SNAX (www.snax.com.my). In trade, she spent few minutes with us to camwhore and camDUCK with us.
Coincidently, Coco was there too. The male bloggers gave way for me to pose with her. Bernand gave me a God knows what leaflet and asking me to hold it. Turned out, that was some sexy Marilyn Monroe handout (that is why I shrink that pic to avoid myself from being label as pervert!).
As usual, some decided to leave earlier with the common excuses such as exam laa, curfew laa, dog needs to poo laa, cockroach needs to eat laa and bla bla bla bla BUT the outing did not end just there.
We went for pool. Not swimming pool but pool pool! (although I know a lot of girls wishing that I am in swimming trunk ). Vince and Bernand decided to eat girls’ tofu (taking advantage) by teaching them how to play pool. TikkoSS attempted also but failed miserably.
Fussball was next. We don’t have Ronaldo or Beckham in the room but all of us are equally good. Besides some of the goalkeeper decided to take bribe, the fussball competition was a great fun. Even Yuh Jiun flip from timid to happening
I am sad for those that did not make it for whatsoever excuses :p. However, don’t be too upset because blogger outing/gathering will not just end here. There will be plenty of opportunity in the near future.
Fun is just a word, you need to feel it yourself!
Immediately after the Inniters’ 1st Gathering (Part 1) , all of us decided to become bookworms. So, without undue delay, I don’t know who suggested The Library. To my surprise, The Library is not the library that I usually go to .. (just kidding, I hardly recalled when was the last time I’ve been to the real library).
This place is better than most of the pubs. The decor and surrounding are really nice and cosy. They have live band too ! WOW! Coincidently, we are just in time for the last call of happy hours. Buy 1 pint free 1/2 pint or buy 1 pint free 1 pint. GOOD DEALS I must say! How much? Er..er.. I have no clue.. fun comes first, money comes second right?
Xing introduced Erdinger to me. Honestly, I heard about it but never try it before. I am so outdated.. sob sob.. The taste is really good. I think it is comparable with Tsingtao Beer. Also, I ordered Hoegaarden. A white beer that is originated from Holland. The picture on the lower right is taken unintentionally (suppose to snap the picture of the bar not the waitress’s ass).
All of us were really looking forward to enjoy to the fullest. Everyone including Sherry, Melissa, Jessica, Jimmy, Doris, Vince, Simon, Xing and TikkoSS (not in the pic – the self proclaimed “official photographer” ) were really excited about the live band.
Before I continue, something very funny happened. Vince invited Simon to go to washroom together (or the other way round)? I have no problem if girls go to toilet together but guys? WEIRD.. the weirdest part is both went for more than 20 minutes .. Ops, I think I should stop here and should not go into details .. hehe..
Then, the live band started. OMG … so emo … with full emotions and loud, I bet he will have sore throat the next day. I can see that he really tried very hard but his singing is really not my cup of tea. The live band completely changed the whole environment and we started to shout at each others. It is really an excruciating moments.
I thought it is only me who are not enjoying the songs, but all others also had the same problems. Not sure about Sherry because she seem like falling in love with the musics. Vince nearly fall asleep. Xing gave me this depressed look and Melissa didn’t even pay attention at all.
Vince, Simon, Jimmy are actually underage? Ops.. did I say it wrongly? Jimmy just legally adult. . hehe.. but this is Simon‘s first beer ! Congratulation on successfully drinking when you are still underage Simon :P . Erdinger just had a brand new underage customer.
After a while, everyone lost their focus due to noise pollution and all started to act funny. Girls back to girls talk, don’t know what they were talking about but they seems like having extremely many topics to talk about. Vince decided to stay as poser, same goes to Xing. While TikkoSS and Jimmy decided to have Canon Talk.
Well on top of the noise problems, I noted that there is one common problem when you go out with bloggers. They never stop playing with their phones, either their very popular or very busy twittering or blogging perhaps . Some even have curfew problems that need to call home for staying up late. hehe..
Besides the live band, I enjoyed The Library very much. Not only that, what cheered up the environment were the beers and the inniters that I was hanging out with. Like many said, it is the crowd that counts. Now, I am so eager to go for the next outing…

The moment that most of us are waiting for is finally here - Friday 22 Oct 2010 @ 7pm. This date marked our very first Inniters’ Gathering. In short, Innit is Nuffnanger’s blog aggregator and Nuffnang is Asia Pacific’s First Blog Advertising Community.
Melissa decided to organize the outing in Marche @ The Curve. By taking into account the rubber time, many arrived at the venue at about 8 pm, although the time was set at 7 pm. Like usual, traffic jam was the main excuse
I must say that this is a perfect venue as we managed to secure a ‘private’ section for this event. Many like to be here as there are varieties of delicious food and drink to be chosen. Not to mention, the price is reasonable too.
Sherry and Melissa were the first to arrive followed by Jessica. In this kind of event, guys are normally the latecomers (not gentleman enough ) and that including me. I arrived at 7.01 pm (precisely 1 min late). My excuse was somewhat different, I said “I went to toilet ..” nervous ma.

The event started with ice breaking. Wait a minute, we totally forget about the ice breaking part.. hehe.. All girls started to mingle around – as if they have known each other for ages and guys, on the other hand, typically me are a bit shy but I managed to pull a prank on Jimmy when I requested him to introduce himself for 5 – 1o min
Camwhoring was actually not part of the whole events but somehow Sherryand geng managed to slot that in. I have tried my very best to sort these pictures – many told me that the pictures must make them look sexy, hot, slim, classy bla bla bla. Honestly, camera don’t lie .. hehe .. Don’t get me wrong all girls here are very pretty and I am very lucky to tag along.
Now, comes all the delicious foods that we ordered e.g. crepes, chicken chop, 1/2 chicken, pumpkin cheese cake, salad (I guess) and many more. The problem with the blogger outing is when the Food Bloggers are there. We ended up spending about few minutes to take all the nice shots !
Some tips for next outing, Food bloggers are not invited .. Ops ! Does that include myself too? Let me rephrase, for next outing, we only allocate 1 minute for bloggers to take pictures and that’s all :p . The food look scrumptious, right? They are mainly because i) tasty food ii) nice food presentation and iii) because TikkoSS is the photographer.. hahaha.
The whole atmosphere turned into pin drop silence when everyone starts to eat. Well, it only lasted for few seconds only.. hehe.. Then Sherry decided to pose with all the handsome guys around and personally, I think both Vince and Sherry make a perfect couple (check on the lower left in the picture below. Don’t you think so too?
One scenic moment was when Sherry decided to order 1/2 chicken when she cannot even finished it. Sherry is not a big eater at all. Then this popped up in my mind, ” Maybe Sherrycan become my nutritionist to slim me down too ! ” I haven’t ask her about the secret of staying slim but I will ask her during the next outing. Her secret might helps in deflating my dunlopillow tummy.
Jimmy is one lucky guy that night. All girls rushing to take pictures with him. I don’t know why and I am envy of him. Nah.. just kidding.. I am not desperate at all.
If you think all that I have shared earlier are nothing interesting, you are wrong ! The dinner continued with birthday surprise for Jimmy. He is legally 21 now. Ops, I should not mention his age ! I tell you, he is so touched and his face turned red – he was nearly in tears.
Then we literary forced him to give 5 minutes speech and he actually did ! I think Melissa did record it down (including his “near crying” voice) .. hehe.. Jimmy is going to kill me for writing this..
The birthday boy, Jimmy got lucky with 4 girls and all other guys including me just sat there – staring with jealous eyes. Er..er.. got lucky sound dodgy .. Got lucky = photoshoot with all hot girls .. not the one that you have in mind. Besides that, he got 4 movie tickets to YOU AGAIN ! but unfortunately he didn’t share with us 
If you think that this is it for the Inniters’ Gathering? You are definately wrong. Stay tune for the second part tomorrow. You will know about bloggers’ bad habits, underage and alcohol, excruciating live band and last but not the least, for you to find out :p… hahaha..
