Stir Fried Nai Bai Baby with Garlic
100 g Nai bai baby
4 cloves Garlic (Finely chopped)
1 tsp Oyster sauce
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp TikkoSS’s Secret Ingredient
1. Wash nai bai baby thoroughly and set aside
2. Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil. Fry garlic until golden brown and fragrant.
3. Add nai bai baby and continue frying for another 5 mins.
4. Add oyster sauce, salt and TikkoSS’s Secret Ingredient
5. Ready to be served.
