Stir Fried Cabbage

Stir Fried Cabbage
Ingredients
1 Cabbage (Approximately 400 g)
1 Carrot (Approximately 15 g)
3 cloves Garlic (Finely chopped)
1 cup Warm water
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tsp TikkoSS’s Secret Ingredient
Method
1. Cut both cabbage and carrot into thin slices.
2. Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil. Fry garlic until fragrant and golden brown.
3. Fry carrot for 5 minutes and add cabbage before frying for another 5 minutes.
4. Add warm water and simmer over small fire until cabbage and carrot are softened.
5. Add salt, oyster sauce and TikkoSS’s Secret Ingredient. Ready to be served.

a simple stir fry…one of my all time fave. there is something yummy about crisp and naturally sweet cabbage.
yea.. if you do not want it..just simply boil it and it still tastes good
i cant cook cabbage one, either too keras or too masak till lembik and turn yellow…sometimes have weird bitter taste. T_T
owh really, slice it to make it smaller and use small fire.. hahahaha.. what a broken english i have “small fire”
i’d love to add in some chopped chili padi to give the extra spiciness, some seafood preferably prawns to add the extra flavor, chicken works well too
I felt the same too.. but sadly.. i cannot find cili padi here..

Cabbage is one of my favourite vegetable, love the crunchiness and sweetness~
