
Lard with Soy Bean Paste
Ingredients
500 g Belly Pork (Only use the fat part. Finely cut)
1 tbsp Soy bean paste
1 tsp Sugar
½ tsp TikkoSS’s Secret Ingredient
Method
1. Heat wok and add in belly pork. Fry until golden brown and fragrant.
2. Remove the belly pork pieces from the oil.
3. Fry belly pork in the wok.
4. Add soy bean paste, sugar and TikkoSS’s Secret Ingredient.
5. Ready to be served.
