DiGi iPhone4 – Pimp My Music Party @ Velvet, Zouk KL

When I say I am a slave for money, Nick Davis thought that I sleep for money and give me this weird look? Gosh.. DO I look like a Duck (gigolo)?  What can I do if my wallet is empty, I need “fun” and I want to hang out with hotties? Join the PIMP? Yes .. you heard me right, PIMP .. 

Wait, wait, wait? Let me finish first. I mean join the Pimp My Music party @ Velvet, Zouk by DiGi and NuffnangMY . Please don’t think that I am a pimp, k? (Don’t spoil my hard build reputation).  

 Michael Buble, Adam Lambert, Lady GAGA and many other music celebrities crashed the party last Thursday. Original Albums were given for FREEEE !. Underage? Don’t worry about it. You are invited too. This time Zouk allows underage to join the crowd with special hand stamp. Oh yea .. ! 

Then I walked into Velvet, I noted few clowns trying to ‘hijack’ the iPhone4 and I saw MALAYs in Zouk? Something weird.. Call me coward but I just walked away to avoid any troubles.  Then, I slowly “penetrate” into the crowd. 

Waiter, Can you give me three pints of beer, one bottle of Jonnie Walker and 2 bottles of Whisky? I need to get drunk tonight. The waiter said, “Sorry, sir ! No alcohol served during the event.” No alcohol? Ohh.. Now I understand why underage and malay can join the party. Duh.. 

Party? No alcohol? How can it be fun? Aww.. don’t be too pessimistic ! The fun is still yet to come, k? Shock shock shock.. ! I see a lot of famous bloggers dressed like “pirated” Buble, Gaga, P.Ramlee etc. Owh, seem like everyone is dressed to match the party theme “Dressed as Your Favorite Music Celebrity” ! 

I am very surprise that Robb was not the emcee that night but Adam Robbert took over his place. Man .. he is as good as Robb. Fun, Exciting, Happening and Cool too…  Also, we tried to get Elvis to speak on the stage but he refuses to do so. 

Did you feel the fun yet? No? Wait lar, be patient! But before that, let me “pause” the party and give way to the commercial break from our sponsor, DiGi.

I am sure you are a smart consumer too. Why you want to spend more if you can get all the songs with only RM 5/month. Not RM 8 like what the other competitors provide such as M*** (I am not allow to mention names here ). Be a smart consumer and choose wisely! 

Party resume. Hungry? You fat is calling for food? Buffet dinner was served with free flow of soft drinks. You must be wondering why I did not snap the photos of food that night! Simple answer to that.. I am there to PARTY not food blogging. Else I will miss all the fun, right?   

That guy with all the hotties looks very familiar? Damn.. He is good. CamDUCKING  (TikkoSS’s term for male camwhoring) with all the pretty girls. Owh.. That guy is ME, TikkoSS ! Wow, didn’t noticed I am so lucky until I browse through my photos. 

Trying not to be stereotype and wanting to strive a balance, I also camDUCKING with all the male bloggers. I even managed to camDUck with Mohd Zaid, Nuffnang featured blogger for the month of August. Lucky me!   

Heard about DiGi Yellow Man? Nono.. Yellow Man is not there but the custodian was there! I am not going to miss this chance to express my love to him and give him a warm kiss. 

Fun is not just determined solely by the event programs only but it depends on who is the organizer and what crowd you are in. Nuffnang is well known in organizing all happening events to Asia Pacific Bloggers. Not only that, all nuffies who usually hide behind the screen add flavors to make this event a memorable one. 

Many activities were planned for this event. Hold on a second. You want to see Nuffies in actions? DEFINITELY? All of them are sporting enough to shake shake, twist twist in Dancing Blogger. WOW, an eye opener for me. Twitter Q&A is also one of the highlight. 

Not only you get to see bloggers in actions but attractive prizes are given away. GLee limited edition mug and DiGi goodie bags are up for grab. 

iPhone 3Gs is also up for grab. Best dressed bloggers were shortlisted and they have to perform what they do best. SING and DANCE ! Unfortunately, the most eligible bachelor a.k.a. loser did not win anything. Once a loser, forever a loser. Sob Sob. 

After that, we all brings out our cool camera and started to pose for photos session. Suddenly I felt like a real music celebrity for 5 min. Why? Non stop camera flashes making me feel that I have stolen the limelight for 5 mins. Awesome! 

One of the main disadvantage if you are a male blogger is that you cannot simply snap your cute photo and upload it when you don’t have anything to post. You readers will be like .. yiee.. what is this guy trying to do or puke instead?  Not to be sexist over here but guys, that method simply don’t work ! 

After a long dig in Library of Alexendria, I finally found the secret scroll of blogging :p. Snap more pretty, hot, sexy, cute girls photos and publish in your websites. It will automatically attracts male readers too ! Well, if it didn’t work, don’t blame me ! It can be 2 reasons. Either the girls are not pretty/attractive enough or your readers are simply blind/shy/pretentious. Let’s see if my traffic will increase in the next few days  

The second secret is when if you failed to look for all hotties (not applicable to me in this post ). No worry, there is an alternative ! You can still attract readers by posting nice/funny pictures or the pictures that “I like most” as what I just did below.

Wow..can’t believe I actually write such a long post! Hope you didn’t fall asleep while reading this.. What to do, DiGi is giving out iPhone 3Gs to best post-event blog post.  Considering that I’m using an antique phone now, it is time for me to WIN a new phone.. and it is iPhone by DiGi !
