Nuffnang Premiere Screening – Skyline

Remember Nuffnang Premiere Screening – Skyline ? Yes.. the one about alien invasion and how we can defend the earth ? Let me recall what I commented. Aha.. I commented this: “I would defend with giant invisible force shields and massive plasma weapons.” Creative leh.. hehehe  

Few weeks later, I received an email invited me to the Premiere Screening. Hooray! I just won two tickets. TWO tickets? Who to bring? Who to bring? .Gosh.. It is at Wangsa Walk Mall and the dress code is Sky-Blue clothes??    

You can call me ignorant but I have no clue where is Wangsa Walk Mall and I don’t have Sky-Blue clothes (I am a fashion idiot :p). I ended up have to dig in my brother-in-law closet for sky-blue clothes. Phew..got it.. ! 

With the assistance of my best buddy “Dumb Dumb” a.k.a. my GPS, I thought I am in good hand. After lost few times in some ‘kampung’ and some ‘God knows where’ places, I finally arrived at Wangsa Walk Mall (now you know why I called it “Dumb Dumb”).

After having quick munch at the Popeye (some KFC like fast-food restaurant), I claimed my tickets from Robb (A guy that need not intro anymore).  I got some freebies too e.g. Limited Edition Skyline Notepad and I <3 Nuffnang Badge .. Cool.. 

Ohh.. forget to tell who I dated for that night ! If you follow my previous post on I’m Crazy about Extreme Cheesy 6 Pizza!, I successfully dated TikkoSS’s Model, my MOM! I know it is odd to bring mom to bloggers’ event but hey, I just want my mom to be part of happening event too! 

Not only that, she always stays at home and wondering what I do in front of computer. So, this is the best chance to bring her and meet the world! Not awkward ok! In fact, she blended well with other bloggers Simon, Xing, Carmen etc. We ‘camDUCKING’ a little bit before entering the cinema.   

Initially I thought only few bloggers because only few wearing Sky-Blue clothes but turn out to be a lot a lot a lot of bloggers which I have no clue who are they. I am sure I will get to know them one day or vice versa. 

Free Premiere Screening? Not only that, we get free pop corn and drinks too! FOC, just need to present our voucher! Thanks to Nuffnang and NEF ! 

I know you will laugh when I say this. Me and Xing thought that there is no free pop corn. So, we decided to pre-purchase before entering the cinema. Then, when we saw the free pop corn booth, we are like SHIT! We ended up with 2 x large pop corn, 4 x small pop corn and 7 x drinks :p.   

I feel excited because this is the first time I watch movie in a cinema full with bloggers. WOW ! (make sure you don’t accidently fart because if you do so, you will be damn famous the next day !)  

What about Skyline movie? Is it good? Nah, I wouldn’t want to comment much about it. In short, it is full with effects, I am lost a little bit, storyline so-so but hey, you gotta watch it or dig some trailer to know about it. Why want to break the surprises right?  

I enjoyed much especially when meeting up with a bunch of bloggers and looking forward for the upcoming events.
