
TikkoSS’s Pan Cake
Ingredients
150 gram Plain flour
6 tbsp Sugar
Method:
1. Add sufficient water into plain flour.
2. Keep stirring until a creamy mixture is observed.
3. Add sugar and keep stirring until sugar is fully dissolved.
4. Heat frying pan with 1tbsp of oil. Add 1 scoop of creamy mixture. (Notes: For a better taste, try to roll the mixture to achieve a very thin and crispy layer of pan cake)
5. It is ready to be served when the pan cake turns slightly brown.
